Inflatables

  1. The Hirer is responsible to have an adult in attendance to supervise the children at all times and indemnifies Eventful Parties against any claim that may be made arising out of any damage or injury sustained by any person utilizing the Inflatable and electrical blower fan.
  2. The Inflatable is to be positioned on a flat grassed surface and pegged down for safety purposes.
  3. No Shoes, Food, Sharp Objects or Pets are to be allowed on the Inflatable or Electrical Blower Fan.
  4. The Hirer will be responsible for any damage incurred to the equipment whilst on Hire.
  5. Eventful Parties will supply one 20m extension cable / power lead - any distance further the Hirer must supply.
  6. It is the responsibility of The Hirer to supply water outlets, hose pipes and the necessary fittings for all the inflatables.
  7. The Hirer undertakes to ensure that the electrical power supply is earthed, and the earth leakage is in full working condition. Eventful Parties will not be held responsible if the earth leakage is not fully operational. All blower fans are tested frequently and are made safe for play.
  8. Do not operate the inflatable in windy or wet conditions. Should the weather conditions become poor (windy or wet), ensure no kids play on the inflatable. Switch off the blower fan immediately and pack away all electrical accessories. Do not operate the Blower fan and inflatable in rain or high winds. Under no circumstances may the blower fan be left out in the rain or left outside overnight.
  9. Deposits and payments will not be refunded due to bad weather or unexpected disasters.
  10. Any damage incurred to the inflatable whilst in possession of The Hirer will be payable by The Hirer.
  11. All Equipment is used entirely at own Risk and Eventful Parties does not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury to any person/s or property whatsoever.

Amusement

  1. The Hirer is responsible to have an adult in attendance to supervise the children at all times and indemnifies Eventful Parties against any claim that may be made arising out of any damage or injury sustained by any person utilizing the amusement equipment.
  2. The Hirer irresponsible to ensure all children/riders confirm to the instructions of our trained operators.
  3. The amusement equipment is to be positioned on a flat surface.
  4. The Hirer will be responsible for any damage incurred to the amusement equipment by anyone other than our operators whilst on Hire.
  5. Eventful Parties will supply Electrical extension cables / power leads up to 30m.
  6. The Hirer undertakes to ensure that the electrical power supply is earthed, and the earth leakage is in full working condition. Eventful Parties will not be held responsible if the earth leakage is not fully operational.
  7. Payments will not be refunded due to bad weather or unexpected disaster, but every effort will be made to accommodate the Hirer .
  8. Equipment is hired at own risk & client is responsible for all loss or damage to equipment.

Refunds And Cancellations

You may cancel any booking submitted to us for tickets that have not yet been issued to you at any time prior to the date of the event to which such booking pertains by sending a cancellation notice to info@computicket.com or calling our Customer Care Centre on +27 (0)11 340 8000 or 0861 915 8000. You may also cancel and return any issued tickets acquired from us at any time prior to the scheduled date of the event to which they apply by handing in your tickets at any of our Money Market kiosks. When you cancel your booking or return your tickets you must provide us with the relevant booking number. Following receipt of your booking cancellation or returned tickets, we will refund you the face value paid for the relevant tickets (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid), provided that reasonable cancellation charges as determined by the Event Organiser may be charged and deducted from such refund. Unless otherwise stipulated by the Event Organiser and depending on the prevailing circumstances the following cancellation charges may apply:
- If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the event a 15% cancellation fee will apply;
- If the cancellation occurs less than 30 but more than 7 days prior to the event a 50% cancellation fee will apply;
- If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days prior to the event a 100% cancellation fee will apply;
- Notwithstanding the aforesaid, if you can provide us with suitable documentary proof that a person in whose name a ticket was booked will not be able to attend the event because of his/her death and/or hospitalisation, no cancellation fee will apply in respect of the cancellation of such person`s ticket.
